Normally we work with businesses and organizations once they have made a decision to implement one or more of the international or national standards and pursue certification. However, if your organization is undecided about whether to pursue certification, we can facilitate a half-day Executive Overview working session with your management team to help them reach a decision.

The Executive Overview includes a review of the requirements of the standard, the process of implementation, a suggested time frame, costs, and the benefits to an organization.
